Previous to founding Outcomes Collective, Rohit was a Partner with Duchossois Capital and held a variety of roles for The Duchossois Group, the $3B investment office for the Duchossis Family.  Over his 13 years there, he started and led the firm's growth equity practice and held other executive roles where he managed fund investments, worked with operating companies on growth initiatives and acquisitions, and managed the venture capital  portfolio.  

 

His current focus is on investment opportunities in technology or tech-enabled services in the healthcare and education sectors.  He is particularly interested where technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud architectures, social networks, mobility, data analytics, and software are being used to drive change, improve outcomes, and drive efficiencies in these sectors.

Investing since year 2000, he has invested in over 16 companies and has seen liquidity events from every deal in which he has invested.  He has invested on behalf of large corporations including Intel Capital and Dell Ventures. Over his career, he has worked for other leading companies including McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and Texas Instruments.  Rohit is also a US patent holder for the application of social networks to physical security (Patent number 8,881,252).

Rohit is a graduate of Yale University (B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics), Harvard University (S.M. in Applied Sciences), and MIT Sloan School of Management (MBA with Entrepreneurship concentration).
