Investment Team
​Rohit Seth, Founder & Managing Director
Prior to founding Outcomes Collective in 2018, Rohit was a Partner with Duchossois Capital and held a variety of roles for The Duchossois Group, the $3B investment office for the Duchossis Family. Over his 13 years there, he manged the venture capital portfolio including direct and fund investments and worked with operating companies on technology related growth initiatives, new business incubation, and acquisitions.
In 2011, he started the firm's investment initiatives in healthcare and education.

​Investing since year 2000, he has invested in over 25 companies and has seen liquidity events from every deal in which he has invested. He has invested on behalf of large corporations including Intel Capital and Dell Ventures. Over his career, he has worked for other leading companies including McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and Texas Instruments. Rohit is also a US patent holder for the application of social networks to physical security (Patent number 8,881,252).

Rohit is a graduate of Yale University (B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics), Harvard University (S.M. in Applied Sciences), and MIT Sloan (M.B.A with Entrepreneurship Concentration)

Adam Porsch, Venture Director - Education​
​Adam Porsch brings over 20 years of operations, strategy development and execution experience across the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors. ​Adam served as Chief Operating Officer at Amira Learning, where he led sales, partnerships, customer success, impact, and operations.
​
Prior to Amira, Adam was a senior member of the US education team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for 10+ years, where he led many of the foundation’s efforts in K-12 education, including making and managing a portfolio totaling over $200M.
​
Earlier in his career, Adam was a consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he helped for-profit organizations develop strategies and bring new products to market. Adam previously served as Director of Performance Management at the D.C. Public Schools, and program manager at the U.S. Department of Education.
​Adam holds a BA and MA from Northwestern University and a JD from Yale Law School.

Investment Team
Benjamin Ersing, Venture Director - Healthcare​
​Ben Ersing brings 13+ years of experience in early-stage investing, M&A, business development, corporate strategy and execution, across health plans, healthcare services, pharmacy, HCIT, and life sciences.
​
From 2022–2025, he was a Principal at Cobalt Venture, the captive investment vehicle of Blue Cross of Kansas City, where he led end-to-end deals in startups and also supported founders on payer sales and go-to-market.
Previously, Ben was at CVS Health - first on the Strategy & Corporate Development team that acquired Aetna, then at CVS Health Ventures. He began his career as a consultant at Palladium International, advising healthcare and life sciences clients on growth strategy and transactions across North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East, and governments on private sector development and foreign direct investment facilitation. Ben holds a BA from Washington & Lee and an M.I.B.D. from New York University.

Cynthia Elkins - Finance and Operations Director
​Cynthia Elkins has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry. She was with ARCH Venture Partners, where she was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Austin office. In addition to her role at Outcomes Collective, Cynthia currently manages a portfolio of private equity investments for a family office investor.
Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked as an auditor for the Internal Revenue Service, reviewing tax returns for accuracy and compliance. This experience laid a strong foundation in regulatory knowledge and attention to detail, which continues to inform her work today. She holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
